Why different prices per zone?

Because identical service should stay identically accessible. Purchasing-power parity being what it is between Europe and West Africa, a flat tariff would either lock out the African market or undervalue the international proposition. Our grid respects three economies for one platform.

Does the tariff follow my nationality or my residence?

Neither. It follows the zone of the profile you canonise. The selector is free, editable, no justification required.

How does annual renewal work?

Subscription auto-renews on the anniversary date, same zone, same currency. You get a recap email 30 days before each renewal, with one-click cancellation or zone switch. No surprises.

Which payment methods are available?

At this stage, only Neosurf vouchers are accepted, across all zones. After ordering, your subscription stays in « pending » status until our team validates the voucher code. Other methods (cards, SEPA, mobile money) will open in the coming weeks.

I'm already subscribed at €110/year. What happens?

Your current rate is kept until your next renewal. At that point you automatically switch to the zone matching your profile. You can also migrate immediately from your account, with proration.

What about organisations (banks, States, institutions)?

B2B group licences and B2G partnerships are not displayed publicly. They are negotiated case by case. Contact us for a tailored quote.
